I bought a pack but can’t see it
Open the pack’s purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play; for a refund, request it from them directly (Apple · Google Play).
My progress disappeared
There is no account: your progress, coins and records are stored on your device. Deleting the app or switching to a new device without restoring a device backup starts a fresh game. Bought packs can always be recovered with Restore Purchases.
Duels
A Duel needs an internet connection. Share the Duel link with a friend; once they open it and play, you both see the result. Turn on notifications to be told when your friend has finished. Unfinished Duels are removed automatically after 30 days.
